The proposed activities and inhabitation in the building. The ground floor area contains people who are socialising with one another and the view from the facade along with the open cafe and atrium increases their comfort. The 1st and 2nd floor areas are used for educational and cultural activities such as arts and craft room and a library. The two-storey library on the 2nd floor connects with the rooftop garden allowing for people to feel the breeze on top.
